Flooring
Power Contracting was selected to perform major improvements to the Church of Jesus Christ. This involved doubling the size of the facility which included major structural & electrical modifications. The project maintained some of the existing components along with enhancing and the balancing of new elements such as: HVAC, roofing, painting & flooring for the entire church, a new kitchen, new classrooms and exterior improvements. All of the above work was carried out while the church kept its doors open and continued with their weekly services.
Door Installation/Replacement
Drywalls
Sarasota’s premier condominium building that defines opulence. Eight-story building over parking which provides 13 residences, consisting of 10' and 12' ceilings, summer kitchens on waterfront terraces, cove and tray ceilings, rounded drywall with art niches and a two-car private enclosed garage. Units started at over $2 million.
Framing
This interior build-out started with an abandoned metal building. The construction included a new structural steel loft, structural improvements to the building shell, a new kitchen and all interior finishes. A rustic look was created with 100 year old Virginia barn wood combined with custom galvanized pipe framing and a spiral staircase. The sidewalks were removed for a city block and the front remodeled to include covered streetscape.

New Construction

Demolition
A & A Auto had worked out of a small office building for many years. Power Contracting provided the demolition of the old and replaced it with a 5,000 pre-engineered metal building that is 24’ high with warehouse in the back and offices in front. This project included all new utilities, lift station and parking lot.

Landscaping
Power Contracting was selected to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Sun City Center campus improvements including 4 new office buildings and over $1M in site work and landscaping.

Painting
Masonry
19,000 square-foot, two-story wood frame and masonry office building constructed in Lakewood Ranch. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
