Chipotle Mexican Grill

So all the lights went out in Rancho Mirage tonight, so the kids went up here for some food. When they got home there was only two burritos not two, so I called asked to speak to a manager Eddie who was acting manger took the call. Wow how rude! He never once said he was sorry, guess the cashier had to do like three different ring ups on the register and only provided one receipt. Eddie told me he would not give me my money back or give me the burrito I paid for. He was leaning more towards I was a scammer, well the kids went back up there and he was rude to them to, they provided him with my bank account showing the withdraws, they taped on my iPhone the conversations so I can say he was rude. When the kids got back I called and asked Eddie why he felt the need to be so rude to my son, again still not acting professional with me. There is no reason for someone to rude to someone else let alone your customer, with U.S. Customers your company has no JOB. I understand there are scammers out there and I understand not everyone is sweet and clam but not only did I pay for a burrito I didn't eat, the gas it cost to go to Go back and forth! Do you think Eddie thought about that one? Maybe what he should have said was in so sorry that happen, I need to view the tape to see what your son ordered and if you could give me estimated time and what he was wearing I would be more than happy to view the tape and call you back, or if you like please come back and let's make it right, but he did not instead he was was rude, none impathtic. The kids seen them make all three burritos, so someone got mine, was that customer honest enough to let them know that, of course not. I will not go this place ever again, and when someone ask me about it I will deter them from it.
