        The YMCA of Palm Habor, Fla., is one of the nations more than 2,400 nonprofit community organizations in North America that work to meet the needs of people of all faiths, races, abilities and incomes. The YMCA of Palm Habor includes a strength and cardiovascular wellness center, group exercise/dance studio, children's indoor play area, nursery, a heated family recreation pool, water slide and a heated 8-lane competition pool. Its strength-training center features circuit and free weights, treadmills, steppers and recumbent and upright bicycles. Its heated pool is home to swim lessons, water exercise classes, water safety instruction, swim teams and SCUBA. The YMCA of Palm Habor, along with the other Suncoast branches, serves more than 52,000 members and program participants in Florida s Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties.

        Overall

        This place is just AWESOME. The people is very nice, and they will try to help you in many ways. The classes are great, most specially the pool ones. They have health fairs sometimes.
