        My favorite resort in palm desert!! Long time employees that have been there! Makes it feel like a family resort! I enjoy it every time I come back!

        JW is a great place to get away for a weekend with or without the kids. Amazing pools, golf, and rooms. Highly recommended.

        Don't waste your hard earned points

        I paid a premium in points to stay here, and when I show up I'm treated like I'm not a full guest. Even gold Marriott status is meaningless. Sitting at reception for over an hour waiting for my room while everyone else checks in and goes to their room.



        This 'resort' could learn something about service.
