HomeTown Buffet

This buffet is a great casual/cheap place to grab a bite to eat with friends! Never gone here solo, but let me tell you it is the greatest. I would recommend the thanks giving stuffing, mashed potatoes w/gravy and a honey biscuit. When you're done, grab some pizza, white rice, and ice cream just because you can!

I haven't been to the Home Town Buffet in several years. I saw the commercial that is airing on the TV, and the food looked so good, my wife and I decided to go.



The place was dirty, the table across from us had food and trash underneath it the entire time we were there, no one bothered to clean it up. The restroom was dirty as well.



The food didn't look anything like what is advertised on the TV. The carver working at the carving station must have had training to carve the roast beef as thin as deli meat. I would have had to gone back a dozen times to actually say I received a serving of roast beef.



The ribs had almost no meat on them, however the salad bar was ok and so was the mashed potatoes and the fried chicken.



Talk about false advertising, we will not be going back anytime soon.
