Best company in the valley! I received quotes from 4 other reparable companies and no one could compare to A1's professionalism. They replaced 2 of our systems along with a water heater. Service was phenomenal from the girl I spoke to in the office to the salesman to the ac and plumbing crews that completed our installs! Excellent work, excellent price and the best customer service I have experienced.

There quote for a new HVAC was way over priced. We're not sure our AC is bad as was working fine on there initial visit in which the replaced parts and said it needed a bit of freon. Withing 10 days it was not cooling properly. Refilled the unit and they said would last the weekend and quoted $14,000 for new unit. Since they refilled the unit is working fine. So where did the drop come from after they serviced the unit initially when it was cooling fine then.

After bad experience with "big names" we had A1 install heating/AC unit in our Ironwood Condo. Dominic & Ryan are great hard working disciplined installers & Brandon was clear & thorough explaining what we would install & why that's the choice. Always on time, cleaned up worksite and good humored. Doru their election is outstanding too, THIS OUTFIT IS GREAT!

I can't say enough good about the pro's from A#1 Services. Totally professional and top notch in every aspect of my a/c, furnace and duct work installation. System works great !!

I was informed on a Saturday night (in August) that the air conditioning on our house had quit working. Living in Hawaii, I thought this may be a not only a challenge to have fixed right away & very expensive. A#1 services was the first & only company I called on Sunday morning. Brandon was at the house in less than 1 hour & had the problem diagnosed & fixed 1 hour later. Brandon was totally professional, gave me a couple of options on the phone, including a way to have a service contract (which I needed) & the repair done cheaper than just having the repair done. Made my Sunday much easier & my tenants happy!

We had the air conditioning go out and had to have Someone fix it in the middle of the night. I called two other places who claimed to be 24/7 but one did not answer and the other said they wouldn't be able to come out until 1:00pm the next day! I found A#1 number online and someone answered right away. I was so impressed by how quickly he arrived and before we knew it, he had figured out the problem and had it fixed in no time! Very kind, helpful and above all professional. Very fair and honest prices! Especially for 1:00 am visit! He even came back out early the next morning before we had to leave to replace the filter on the furnace! I highly recommend this company and would use them for any services we need. Thanks A#1. Dan from A-1 installed 2 new air conditioning/heating systems in our home in Sun City. The work was excellent and very quick. The installation was very clean and organized, both on the outdoor compressors and the coil/heaters in the garage; he also recommended Wi-Fi thermostats which he installed at no additional cost. I will be using them for some plumbing improvements and repairs next.

I own a daycare business. I needed a leak repaired quickly. Fortunately, I called A#1 and they came and repaired the faucet quickly and at a reasonable cost. I was grateful that a friend had experience with their work and was impressed.

Love this company. I had an emergency with my central air and heating. I called them and they came right out. They provided a great estimate and stayed within that quote. We then talked about my breathing difficulties and they recommended to tune up the system and change the filters every two months. This sounded great, so I signed up for an annual service plan . Try them out.

I was referred to this company by a friend. Called them on a weekend I was impressed with the friendly customer service! Dan came right out and with no addition charges or overtime/ weekend fees. The were the most professional group of techs I mtn have done business with. They not only did a great job , but made sure everything was clean when they left. I will be a customer always!!!
