Walmart - Pharmacy

This has to be the very WORST PHARMACY I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been texted several times saying my Script was ready. When I got there they first told me they had no record of it. When I showed them the text. They then looked an informed me It was not time to refill? Next time same thing. Only this time after showing them the text saying it was ready. They told me they did not have it in stock. Every single time i have been there it was a problem. Last time i was told it would take 20 minutes to get a script filled. I came back in an hour. They told me there was a problem and had to call the Dr because it was to soon to refill.even though they texted me to say it was already filled. Even though it was over 30 days between refills. They then said yes they could indeed fill the script. Sorry for the delay. said it would take another 30 minutes to refill. After yet another hour i checked back in. They then told me it was out of stock... And they did not know when it would be back in stock.
I asked if they could just check another Walmart to see if they had it in stock. They told me it was ILLEGAL to do that? WHAT??? I pulled every perscription I usually had filled there and took it to another chain.
BEWARE OF THIS WALMART PHARMCY! I have never had these issues at any other Walmart. Just this one.

When I went to pick up my Rx's I told them an RX was missing, the clerk MISTAKENLY told me it was 1 that was included in what I was given......IT WAS NOT.....it was a different Rx altogether, he had absolutely no knowledge about what he was saying........DANGEROUS! (I had to wait for that RX to be filled). When I asked for a certain gauge needle 25x1/2 (I needed for one of my medications), they told me they didn't carry that needle, they only carried 25 gauge and the clerk knew because she informed me she had been working there for years. I again explained it was 25 BY 1/2.......AND OF COURSE THEY HAD IT. THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE BY THE TECHS (OR CLERKS) TRULY FRIGHTENS ME. Why should I have to review all my Rx's PRIOR to leaving? I am sure all the pharmacists are quite competent......it's some of the ancillary help that needs A LOT OF TRAINING AND INFORMATION. IF THEY DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER, THEY SHOULD ASK THE PHARMACIST!
