The principals and its agents of the VHR Business lack professionalism and ignore the details required in renting out homes which have not been fully prepared. After five months of vacating the property my credit report shows a negative mark stating that I did not pay $875.00 which is completely untrue. Nor did I ever receive communication from VHR indicating that there was any monies due. The property was vacated on time and left in excellent condition, better than when we moved in twelve months earlier only to find roof rats and field mice in the home. Our initial move in date was delayed by one month. The whole experience was negative and I would not recommend VHR to any one in the future.

First of all, the house we rented from VHR was beautiful. The only problem was that the property was not maintained well outside and inside i.e. plumbing and lighting. VHR had the audacity to tell us that we needed to repair dying bushes and make the outside code compliant. If we were novice at rental properties, we would have been taken in and fixed it but as had owned our own home previously and currently also have rental properties, we knew better. We pushed back and told them it is not our responsibility to make this house to something that did not look when we signed the lease. If it was maintained, yes we will follow suit. 2 months into this lease, we decided to leave. We asked Alina for help to find another place but she said she doesn't have any. Although, we looked online and approached other realtors and we did find a couple in the same neighborhood. Needless to say, of course she did not want to help. The house had issues with plumbing, the bathroom shower never got warm enough. Air conditioning of the next door neighbor was right next to the MBR and it was so loud it just woke us up all night. At any rate, we know we forfeited the security but never would we have guess that we wil be charge for the lawn maintenance that they should have done in the first place. We are getting charged for painting and some bogus claim of repairs etc. We stayed 2-3 months that that hosue was hardly lived in and we left it similar to how we got it. It is incredible how unscrupulous business Alina runs. The neighbors were also aloof/standoffish and always had a certain look when we were there. Another reason, we decided to leave. It was not a very welcoming neighborhood.

I have been dealing with Virtual Homes Realty for 9 years now and am very happy with the service. Alina and her team are professional, friendly and funny. I have never had any problems. Issues that did come up were taken care off immediately. Thank Alina!

DO NOT RENT FROM VIRTUAL HOMES REALTY

I recently ended my lease with Virtual Homes Realty and i felt taken advantage of. When we moved in I wrote a checklist of all the problems with the home. On the top of my list was the fact that the house was not painted but there were certainly evidence of paint brush smudges all over the house to cover stains. Poor workmanship. I decided not to renew after two years and have always paid my bills on time only to find out VHR will do everything in their power to tack on outrageous fees for clean up and make ready repairs for next tenant. That said I can only provide a VERY POOR recommendation for this company. READ YOUR contract carefully and don't be a victim like i was. Good Luck!

I first met Alina and the Virtual Homes team shortly after moving to Palm Coast several years ago after relocating from South Florida.

Her team showed my wife and I many great houses and we quickly found just the right home. When family members decided to join us in this fantastic community, they also used Virtual Homes and had nothing but good things to say about the team and Alina in particular. Since living here, I have been in contact with many property managers and Realtors and have found that Virtual Homes is one of those Rare Companies in today's market that will:

3. Respond to YOUR needs

4. Be Pro-Active in dealing with the normal day-to-day things involved with maintaining a home.

Its no small wonder that Virtual Homes has such a great reputation, success and growth.

I would never recommend this place. When we were leaving our property they charged us a bunch of fees for problems that were wrong with the house when we first rented it. When we brought it to their attention they said we needed to mail in a complaint but that they probably wouldn't refund us anyways because they gave us a "discount" on our cleaning fee and that if they took off the "fees" the money would just go to the cleaning fee. They are scam artists. I'd rate them with no stars but to comment you have to give at least one.

I have worked with Alina on several deals. Throughout these experiences, it is clear to me that Alina provides outstanding service to her clients. Virtual Homes Realty are not just interested in getting the deal closed, as is the case with many other brokers in FL. Instead, they truly care about their clients' needs and make sure that their clients are completely satisfied. We try to do the same in our business and it is very refreshing to work with real estate brokers who have the same professionalism.I would recommend Alina and her team to anyone.

I purchased my first property in Florida from Alina Pekarsky’s Virtual Homes Realty and I am in contract on my second home using VHR. I’ve owned the first house for one year and I have been using VHR for property rental services there from day-1. It was my first purchase in Florida, and I was nervous about it since I could not be on-site and as hands-on as I’d normally like. The home had an unexpected problem that needed to be repaired before the tenant moved in, and Alina and her team quickly went to work and held my hand through the process. They set up competing bids, and the issue was resolved quickly, and at a reasonable price. I just flew into town and Ida Kuzmichova, a realtor at VHR, was able to quickly set up appointments for me to visit the two properties so that I could meet the tenants and see how my investments were shaping up.
