Mike is the best! We have a unit that was only a year old and it had a freon leak. We called the company that installed it and they said there was a leak under the garage floor and the pipes would have to be rerouted through the attic. They diagnosed this without any troubleshooting. We called Mike for a second opinion and surprise! The leak was outside the unit so he saved us a BUNCH of money. Mike is an honest man who we would wholeheartedly recommend for all your heating and air conditioning needs. It is great to find a company that won't try and rip you off.

Have not been living here long and had a $605 a/c problem per Total Air Care (through American Homeshield)... I was in tears, couldn't believe it. Called Mike for a 2nd opinion and he was very efficient and showing and explaining everything to me... My $605 problem was nothing but a missing floater.. Wow... Mike is now going to be my "Go to a/c guy"... While he was here I had him do an annual maintenance in which everything looked great.... Words can not express how thankful I am that Mike checked my a/c... I will recommend to everyone... Honesty,Efficiency and great pricing... Thank you again so so much Mike..

Mike is incredibly thorough and knows what he is talking about. His prices are less than the competitors in the area and I know I can call him day or night if my system, which is an older unit, is having issues. Honest and reliable company!
