I placed my order at the end of November. My order number was 895560. I called the company to see if my item would be shipped prior to Christmas and continuously got a message that no one was available. I then emailed the company and received a reply of

This was the only email i recieved. I then recieved emails of my package being shipped. I recieved my package the day before Christmas Eve (which was fine) but when i opened the package it was someone else item. I called that customer ( phone number was on the receipt, she lives in Texas) and informed her i had her item.

Today 12/26 i again attempted to contact company and recieved the same message over the phone. That no one was available.

I am very disappointed on their lack of customer communication. I can understand the mistake of sending the wrong item ( annoyed but understand). Yet now i am out of an item because i can not get a hold of the company. I live the things i see on their website but i will never order from them again.
