        Pagosa Springs Arts Council We are a non-profit organization that relies on membership, donations and volunteers to help provide meaningful and educational cultural programs for Pagosans and visitors to our area. The PSAC was founded in 1988 by a group of artists who felt the positive response to their artistic efforts from the community and saw the need for an organized arts group. In 1992 the Pagosa Springs Arts Center/Gallery was opened and still operates today. "The Pagosa Springs Arts Council helps ensure a flourishing and diverse community by enriching lives through all the arts."
