        The Palisades-Malibu YMCA utilizes Judeo-Christian principles to enrich the spiritual, mental, physical and social lives of families and the community. It is a nonprofit organization that provides health and social services to more than 5,000 men, women and children. The organization s facilities include a fitness center, aerobic studio, aquatic facility and stretching areas. The Palisades-Malibu YMCA offers classes in yoga, kickboxing, and belly and social dancing. It supports several sports activities, such as basketball, football and soccer. The organization provides swimming lessons to improve fitness, strength and stroke techniques. Located in Pacific Palisades, Calif., the Palisades-Malibu YMCA is a part of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles.
