WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!!!!!
At first Margarita seems to be nice and helpful,
At first I explained to Margarita what kind of dress I was looking for my wedding she showed me one that didn't seem like the one I wanted it but she pushed for me to try it,, after that I like it but I told her that the dress was missing the sleeves and some adjustments,(I TOLD HER CLEARLY THAT I DONT LIKE DRESSES WITHOUT SLEEVES)she promised that she would make all the adjustments with out no problem (but she never told me that she was going to charge me more that $300) until she called me 2 months before of my wedding to make the adjustments 😡 2 weeks later I went to try the dress after adjustments and the dress didn't had the SLEEVES😤😡,, Margarita was not there so I called her later and told her about the SLEEVES and she told me that I didn't pay for the sleeves plus that It was my fault cause I didn't reminded her and that if I wanted the sleeves she would charge more😒
On top of that they had to adjust all over again the dress cause it didn't fit right and it didn't look like the 1st time I tried it. By that time it was almost 2 weeks away from my wedding day and I got tired of dealing with Margarita and her assistant because beside they are full of bad attitude and excuses of their mixtakes... After all that I realized that Margarita since that beginning she was interesting on sealing her dresses and not on helping the customer on whatever they need and make them happy.Really Disappointed and stressed out cause I only had 2 weeks to find another dress cause obviously I didn't use that dress..Once You buy the dress they don't really care if after the adjustments You are not happy and satisfied and also they start giving bad attitude..I'm surprised that they are still open with the service they provided.,that's the reason I ended not buying the bridesmaids dresses or nothing else... I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! Not even one star they deserve.

Well my mom had a wedding to attend and we were looking at different shops. But when we went to Alexis Bridal we were help admittedly. We were very happy because the owner of the store we knew from a couple years back. We first met them when i was having my quince they were accommodating when i was looking for a dress and the say the could order one if it wasn't there. It was an amazing dress. They even decorated the location of my quince and they did a wonderful job and i would keep going back if a need a dress a special occasion.

Awesome service and amazing results. I needed more than just any other alteration very soon and was done with no hiccups. It was because I went to Alexis Bridal, my project went so smoothly. Thank You Alexis Bridal for everything.

We ordered bridal party dresses from Alexis Bridal for my daughter's wedding, The staff was seemingly inerested and very helpful, not only when we were at the shop but when we called in also. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. I am more than sure you will be pleased with this selection
