The owner himself is awesome, however, you rarely if ever will interact with him. The staff in the Oxford office, for the most part, is helpful, but any local property managers you deal with are not. It generally takes multiple requests for simple services or several trips to the local office in order to solve any issues that arise. The most dependable and easiest access from this company appears to come from the maintenance personnel. If at all possible, I recommend dealing with them as much as possible.
