Total incompetence and I DON'T CARE attitude. Sure, when they are tryng to get your business they call you daily and are so fake nice, to the point of harassment, but once you've paid, you have to call and call and call to get any answers about your delivery, missing items and damages. My missing items supposedly were mailed 3 weeks ago and they are telling me to wait another week. Even 3rd class mail doesn't take THAT long. It's just one more of 1/2 dozen delay tactics. The movers left my house after delivery at 10:30 p.m. because they didn't arrive until 8:30 p.m. then because it was so late, they didn't reassemble what was taken apart. Multiple items were missing - this was just plain carelessness on the dispatcher's part. They mailed 3 separate items to us and we are still missing 2 they didn't find. Don't be lured in by the lower price. It's worth it to pay a little more for a competent company and if you can't afford it, do it yourself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
