        I asked 3 months ago for a copy of a contract for a Point of Sale contract 5/3 claims is for 3 years. My wife and I think it is for 2 years. VP Krista Niehaus has ignored my last 3 calls about furnishing a copy of the signed contract (I don't have one). In the meanwhile I am charged a fee for the POS every month. All I want is a copy of the contract.

        The teller staff are the friendliest, most courteous people you will meet. The VP, not so much.
