If it were possible to give this dealership a negative rating...I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Basically, the banker (Tim) tried to convince me I could afford a car that I clearly couldnt. He told me I should get a another job, etc. I told him I needed to discuss this with my girlfriend and he proceeded to call my girlfriend a B and called me other names (re*** among others). He said he was going to fire the salesman who had been helping me if I did not buy the car by 5 oclock tomorrow. I am NOT making this up. They also ran my girlfriends credit report without her even being there after they convinced me it would help get me a better interest rate (I mistakenly gave them her ss number). They also quoted insurance in her name to try to convince me that if she put the car in her name I could afford it...All of this without my girlfriend even being present. When I called her about this she didnt want me to go through with the transaction and they proceeded to bad mouth her to me again saying that I was p-whooped and I my g/f was trying to control me! Again, I am not making this up. I left there obviously upset and wish I had checked these ratings earlier. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint. I urge you not to go to this dealership and if you do you will likely walk out owning a car that you cannot afford after being bullied into buying one.
