This's consider Scam ،،I went to them to clean my teeth and without any reason or complain they make x rays Of my Teeth and a lady tell me you are at risk and should be a deep cleaning of your teeth and said insurance does not cover, while I'm sure the insurance covered but they make me paid a lot of money and till this moment I did not meet Dr. I requested to see her but she never show up and when I got mad she came talking me in very bad she is so rude I asked them report she told me we will send it to you via e-mail ,I wait but they did not send anything and I went to them to get the report thay call 911 the police came and they asked me not to come again I did not see this scam in my life before this ,:((

Their focus seemed to be more on upselling than dental care. The office manager actually tried to tell me that saliva eats away teeth enamel during his sales pitch. He also defended keeping me waiting almost 20 minutes for an 8am appt as normal. Refused to do a regular cleaning unless I bought their deep cleaning package first, so after wasting over an hour the only service provided was x-rays. . They seem to still be trying to charge that $5 "OSHA fee" to anyone who doesn't complain.

Great new UCF Dentist for my twin daughters who attend UCF. I believe the older reviews are from a previous staff management. Their appointments went great. The $5 charge is fine. Everything else was cover by insurance - cleaning and xrays. All college students should go here - only 5 minutes away.

management, dentist are so horrible, unprofessional, especially dentist,she doesn't deserve to be called a doctor. Who gave her dental license??? The rudest dentist I have ever met. I'm going to report her and her staff to my insurance and to Florida Board of Dentistry
