Aulin Automotive & Truck Repairs

After getting 2 positive reviews from people I know, I brought a 1998 GMC 3500 diesel to this shop for repair unfortunately. I’m 2nd owner, we have done the repairs in-house at my company since 2006 and know the truck well. The truck began stalling intermittently; codes and a mechanic verified the high-pressure injection pump needed to be replaced – which was a job we couldn’t complete due to the “flashing” or timing that would be required.
On October 3, 2022 Robert @ Aulin tells me “he can do it but he’s not sure it will fix it.” He returns the truck to me on December 12, 2022 (DECEMBER!) and my staff begins telling me it’s not running right. The truck had 4 diesel leaks, the pump was not flashed and so the truck’s timing was totally off track. I return the truck in January for warranty repair.
The short story – Robert tells me in APRIL “he can’t fix it.” He was right - after paying to have it towed to a 2nd mechanic repaired it, the truck runs like a champ again. Except for the new WIRING issue Aulin Automotive has now created which killed both batteries and continues to drain out new ones.
The absolute WORST mechanic I have dealt with in nearly 50 years of servicing personal and business vehicles. Go any where but here!
