I was looking on AutoTrader online for a specific car. I found the specific car at McCarthy Morris Chevy. I contacted their internet sales staff and within a day I chose to buy that car. Altho i was 600 miles away the sales people did as I had asked them so as I could test the car to my satisfaction using internet visual and written capabilities . When I picked up the car in person after traveling there I was more than impressed with the integrity of the sales people i dealt with as the car was exactly as they had said it would be. I would refer them to my friends and family. Thanks "G" and Erik for your patience and understanding in making me feel so comfortable buying a car thru the internet only.

Our salesman said we could give them $500 to hold a car for 2 days till Saturday when we could pick it up. THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE without even calling us to let us know or give us a chance to pick it up early.



SO DISAPPOINTING. Deciding on a car is a stressful enough process without having to do it all again. The next pick will be from SOMEWHERE ELSE! Makes a person wonder if we had decided not to get it, would they have kept the $500?

If one of your apprehensions about buying a car is because you know car sales people and dealerships to be underhanded and shady then this place will only further that stereotype. They boast about there 172 point inspection list. It's easy to just go through and check off that you have looked at something and done nothing about it. The day I bought my car I had to come back twice because my alignment was off. Immediately after driving off the lot. TWICE!! Then after expressing concerns about it taking awhile to turn over they ignored me and told me that my warranty was good and would fix something if it was wrong. Instead of looking at it then. Not exactly something you want to hear after spending that much money on a car. The very next day I go to start my car and it won't start. It took me six times to actually get my car running. I was told by the sales person Nate and the sales accountant Chris that I could bring the car back if I had any problems. What they didnt tell me was that I could only exchange my car for another one of their "quality" certified used cars. After my whole experience there I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel lied to and ripped off.

Best car buying experience ever!

My wife and I went to this dealership just looking and comparing prices, not looking to buy today. We were greated by Erik Fish, a salesman who never once made us feel pressured or obligated from the start. He showed my wife all of the SUV's in our price range, and never treated her like some salesman treat women customers. We test drove a 2008 Saturn Outlook, that was loaded with options at a really good price, plus it had low miles. After the test drive Erik took us inside to talk numbers, offered us free bottled water, showed us where the bathrooms and vending machine were and made us feel right at home. Not only did my wife get the SUV she wanted, at the price she wanted, she also got $3500 more for her trade-in than any other dealership would give us. The whole process was quick and easy and Erik Fish, our salesman made lifelong customers in us. McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet is in my opinion the best dealer we've ever been to, they are truly a class act. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this honest, friendly, no B.S. dealership.

Bought off the showroom floor!

These guys had mo problem moving around vehicles so I could drive the one on the showroom floor. Made me a great deal and got me out of there quick.
