        As a single, professional mother, I am cautious about my service providers. A co-worker recently referred me to KC Plumber Pro to replace my water heater. Chase was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. He took the time to make sure I understood my options, while educating me about my home's unique plumbing needs. I am very happy I went with this company and would highly recommend their services.

        KC Plumber Pro responded to an issue I was having with a backed up bathroom sink in record timing. I made a phone call Friday morning (the day after Thanksgiving) to set up service and Chase was at my house within the hour to assess and repair the issue. The service rendered was safe, effective, clean, responsive, thorough and served up with a smile. KC Plumber Pro is professional, friendly, cost effective and responsive to the needs of their customers. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again if any other issues arise. Thanks again, Chase!
