We loved working with Haley, from Destinations HD, to plan our honeymoon to Aruba. Haley was very professional and provided us with three (very detailed) options on honeymoon destinations after we met with her and voiced our preferences/wants for our honeymoon. After reading through each itinerary and researching each country, we decided on Aruba, a place we had never even considered until Haley had included it as one of our options. The planning portion of our honeymoon was super easy as Haley did the majority of it. She had extensive knowledge about the island and recommended different restaurants, excursions and a dine-around plan. Right before our wedding and honeymoon, we received a "honeymoon packet" with travel documents, information that was extremely helpful for us as we were concentrating on the final details of the wedding. It allowed us to focus on last minute wedding details instead of stressing out about getting everything together. Overall, our honeymoon was absolutely amazing. We loved the resort, staff and island and will be a trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives!

Haley planned my 30th birthday trip to Puerto Vallarta and did a spectacular job! Every detail was accounted for and she was very helpful every step of the way. I can't believe how smoothly the travel, accommodations and the recommended excursions went! If you are looking for a care-free vacation, Haley and Destinations HD is the way to go!

Haley gave us UNBELIEVABLY GREAT service! She planned my daughter's destination wedding in Costa Rica and all of us had a fantastic experience. Probably best of all were the helpful hints and tips she sent that were specific to the destination, things we wouldn't have known on our own. I HIGHLY recommend Haley to anyone that wants to have a great travel experience!

We planned our destination wedding to Ireland through Haley. She was a dream to work with. She found multiple options for us to choose from and all fit our criteria exactly! She handled so many area of the planning that it made wedding planning a dream. We highly recommend her and you will not be disappointed!

I booked my reservations as part of a wedding group to Cancun through Haley. I was the one person in the group that had problems with the airlines rescheduling my flights and then delays in the airport due to weather. I missed all my connecting flights. It was so nice to have Haley call me before I could even stop and call her. I was standing in a line that was probably a 3 hour wait to re-book my flights and Haley called me back in 5 minutes and had it done. She then booked me a hotel room that was close to the airport with a free shuttle. She also texted me when I got to my hotel room just to make sure I got checked in ok. I didn't have to do a thing, she took care of it all and was so awesome at every bad luck turn and got me back on track. Thank you, Haley, for the calming voice on the line and for going way over the top to make sure I made it to my destination for a fabulous vacation!! You ROCK!!

My daughter used Haley to book her destination wedding in Playa del Carmen and it turned out perfect! We had group of over 20 people make the trip and she planned it flawlessly. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend her for any type of travel arrangements no matter how many people and no matter the destination. Thanks Haley!!!

Used HD for resort trips in the past and loved them. HD helped w/ booking a 9 day trip to Paris. We hit up all her recommendations. Not kidding, you must hit up every spot she recommends. The packet she sends out was worth its weight in gold. Found an entrance at the Louvre w/ no one in line. We arrived around 10:30am at the main entrance and the line was worse than Disney lines. It appeared to move some, but we remembered that the HD packet had a secret entrance. No one was in line. I repeat, no one was in line. We felt like VIP. She put us up in beautiful local arrondissement, away from touristy spots, but close enough in case you want the touristy activities. I scanned the packet and brought it up on my phone. Get a data plan for sure. Hop on wifi when you can. The HD packet explains in full detail how to navigate the train system, taxis, tipping etiquette and even the spots to be on alert. Her recommendations for bars and snacks were on point. My favorite part of Paris is its culture and food. The landmarks are cool, but for me, it's about the people, food and the many bottles of wine/beer. Get a data plan, a map, a wine opener, whatever HD recommends and most importantly, get lost. Go somewhere. There's a whole other world out there. Bon voyage. Bien manger (eat well). Au revoir.

I don't know if we will do another trip without Haley! She was a dream to work with and was very quick at answering emails. Made traveling as a guest to a destination wedding so easy - she took care of all the details and I didn't have to do anything except pack. Best vacation!!

That is the best way I can describe working with Haley and Destinations HD. I first came into contact with Haley due to my cousin destination wedding next winter.



I had a whole other trip planned and we decided days before that we were going to cancel that trip due to weather and head somewhere warm.



I spent all my spare time the couple days before trying to decide between destinations, resorts and flights and was beyond frustrated.



I sent her an early morning email and she went running for me, within a few hours she had multiple recommendations, prices and gave me input on each. I was blown away by her attention to detail. She took all the pressure off both Gabe and I and took control of the vacation once I settled on Secrets Silversands in the Rivera Maya.



It was the perfect fit for our quick getaway vacation. Everything we wanted and more.



I am looking forward to the fact that my next vacation next January is being planned by her as well. Could never say enough great things about the service we experienced.

Haley was soooo good to us. My wife and I took a trip to get away from work and the kids and have "us" time, and it was the perfect vacation. The only preface she got from us when helping us plan our vacation was "all inclusive", "beach", and "no kids". She showed us a variety of options, had personal experience and caveat's for each one, and helped us land on Secrets Silversands in Riviera Maya. The resort was great, and we ended up upgrading rooms when we got there to a "swim up room" per her suggestion, which saved us money and came with lots of spa credits. But the best part of working with Haley was the non-stop chartered flight she got us on. We met other couples at the resort that were jealous of our travel agent when they found out we didn't have to spend 2 full days traveling on this vacation; rather a quick 2.5hr direct flight which gave us extra time on the resort on our travel days. One couple even asked us to send them the name of our travel agent for their next trip.

My husband and I just got back from an incredible New Years honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta. We had an amazing time and can't stop talking about what a special trip it was. We owe it all to Haley, she helped us find the perfect resort for what we were looking for. After our initial meeting I knew she would make sure we had a stress free vacation at a beautiful resort, and she delivered! Haley is professional, personable and very quick at answering any questions/emails. She makes you feel like you are her only client. We especially loved the care package she sent before our trip in addition to all of the necessary paperwork for traveling. We referred her to a family member for a destination wedding and have heard nothing but good things throughout the planning process. We can't wait to take another Destinations HD vacation!

Haley planned our Alaskan Land and Cruise Tour in Aug. 2014 and did a wonderful job. She was very detailed and organized and also very knowledgeable. The trip was absolutely perfect. She planned every detail of our trip and we didn't have to think or plan anything. It was fantastic. She was a delight to work with as well as fun to be with. We were blown away about how organized the whole trip was!

Haley did a great job of making all the arrangements for our group to take a trip to Alaska this summer. We did the land and cruise trips and every step was set up and went smoothly on the trip. We have already booked our next trip through Destinations and look forward to many more trips in the future.

Haley was so easy to work with and responded to every concern we had on our honeymoon. We had never been out of the country together so she made the directions for customs and the whole trip worry-free. This was our first time using a travel agent and I cannot imagine it any other way. We also had a hiccup that occured with one of our excursions and Haley is contacting them directly after the trip. 5 stars! :)

I recommend Destinations HD to everyone out there looking for a travel agent! Even if you don't think that you need a travel agent, I highly recommend it. Chad and I were sure that we could plan the honeymoon ourselves, and we could have, but we would not have gotten the same rates and we would have had one more thing to stress about. Additionally, the lovely place we ended up going to we never would have found without Haley. Some of the things we read about that concerned us, or things we thought that we wouldn't like, she assured us there was nothing to worry about, and there wasn't. Some things we were sure we'd love, she brought up the downfalls of and we found that she was right. I'm telling you, get a travel agent. Book Haley :) She makes everything a breeze and gives you tips and all the "in's" to the resorts and surrounding communities. Next time we take a big trip like this, she'll be hearing from us again.

Haley worked with my husband and I on a recent trip to Florence. I had never been to Italy and Haley had several great suggestions on tours (the one to Cinque Terre was great!), sights, and even where to find the best gelato! We told her what we were looking for in a hotel (nice, good view, not in a high tourist area) and she found the PERFECT place! Before our trip, she sent a great information packet, things we would have never thought of and great tips for traveling abroad. She was always prompt to respond to my endless inquiries. We just met up to talk about the trip and look at photos we took. I never felt like she was rushed or bored; she seemed genuinely interested in our experience. We are looking forward to planning our next adventure!

I took a recent trip to Mexico for a destination wedding that Haley was making all of the travel arrangements for, and she was absolutely on top of every little detail. From booking my flight to making the reservations at the resort, to arranging shuttle transportation and even giving us useful tips for an easy experience at the airport, I was completely confident in traveling that far by myself because I knew that she had everything covered. She kept everyone in the loop and up to date on payment deadlines and general trip information, and she even sent us a very useful packet right before the trip with all the information we needed, a bright colored velcro handle cover for luggage (which proved very handy when trying to find my suitcase at baggage claim) and a really handy travel "wallet" that made carrying my passport, boarding passses, etc. really easy. And what I found interesting about working with Haley is that I don't even live in the same city as her company, and that made no difference at all. She was always accessible and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Haley and Destinations HD for anyone going on a trip.

I do not even know where to start with this review. I couldn't have made it through my wedding without Haley, at least not with my sanity. She helped me every step of the way with my wedding planning process. We ended up with 73 people booking trips through Haley for our destination wedding in the Dominican Republic. She was always there for everyone to answer questions and concerns. She made it very easy for all us travelers and me as the bride. I wanted somewhere that we were not going to price out our friends and family, yet somewhere still super nice and she hit it right on the money by recommending a Dreams resort. I put all my trust in her with this process and she never let me down once. I’m not really sure what the responsibilities of a “destination wedding planner” are, but I know she exceeded them. Unfortunately, when it came time for all of us to travel, the snow storm Pax freakishly hit the south and most of my party’s flights were cancelled to get there. She put all of her work aside for days to help get most of our friends and family down there and I will forever be grateful. I highly recommend Haley to anyone for travel plans and especially brides wanting to do a destination wedding. I could go on and on. HALEY IS AWESOME!!!!

Haley planned a trip for my wife and I and five other couples to Puerto Vallarta...everything was great!! When we started planning she gave us three recommendations and all of them looked amazing. We trusted her expertise couldn't have been happier. The entire trip including airfare, the resort, and transfers was seamless. Being able to go on vacation and leave all the planning to someone else provided an extra stress relief and a more enjoyable break. We will be using Destinations-HD again, THANK YOU!!!

Haley is truly one of the BEST travel consultants we have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the property/destination and level of customer service has set the bar so high, I'm not sure we could travel again without her. We have been guests of several destination weddings/events and having recently returned from our friends' wedding she coordinated in the Dominican Republic, it was the most well-organized and best experience we could've asked for. all this said despite having had to deal with flight cancellations at the beginning of our trip which almost led to no trip at all! Haley kept her cool and still managed to get 80+ people to the wedding AND ensure the resort would accommodate extended stays due to travel interruptions.



I cannot express adequately how much I appreciated her constant contact, prompt responses, care packages prior to leaving the country, and follow up!!



Whether you are planning a large group trip or something more intimate, I feel confident endorsing Haley and her company for a trip that you will not regret!
