        Overall

        Very unresponsive to the needs of the individual. they are getting paid to distribute funds but will not do anything until its handed to them on a silver platter. They are in it to protect their financial interest, not the needs of the client.

        If you like you privacy, don't deal with this company, They reveal things that they do not need to. They check on everything you say, and they deny many important request for payments. If you want to deal with someone pleasant, this isn't the company for you,
