UPS

I would have given them zero stars if possible. I have NEVER had a package delivered to my address. They tell me it is out for delivery if I call but then my landlady calls me and tells me the packages are ready for me to be picked up. The first package was sent back to the company because my landlady was on vacation and they couldn't get in touch with her. The second package was delivered by my landlady (no, she does not work for UPS) because she said they called her to come get it. The third package was delivered to an office supply company 4 miles away (not an apartment building) and I had to go pick it up from the office supply company myself because UPS refused to do it. The forth package, which was supposed to be an overnight shipment to me and which I called the local UPS store to make sure it would be delivered and they ensured it would, was not delivered. Once again my landlady was called and she told me to go get it from the UPS store myself. Of course when I confronted them on this they said that they had directions to call me to pick it up and had. If I have the option I NEVER choose UPS as a carrier in this town.



Also, the UPS store is only open from 9 AM to 10 AM and then from 3 PM to 4 PM.
