        I had an app't on Jan. 25th. Two things needed to be done. A small filling on the side of a tooth needed to be re-done. Also I asked him to "reinforce" the back of my front tooth which at one time had been filled but worn off. Neither procedure required Novocaine......easy office call.........in and out in 40 min.
        2 days later I get the EOB from my insurance........$1200.00 was the bill. He charged me for (5) surface fillings.
        Long story short...........I've been trying to talk to him for over 2 months and get nowhere. The receptionist told me to write him a letter.......I did.......no response!
        That was 7wks ago and yesterday I get a bill in the mail for $754......the balance after my insurance payment............I am just livid! I've been trying to contact him in order to work this out and see WHY he didn't quote me up front and WHY he charged me for something I didn't authorize or even know he did!!!
        I will give them a few more days before I call and file a complaint with the American Dental Association. This is ridiculous!
