Chad and Kari work very hard at their business of satisfying customers through great communication, hard work, and quality flooring. I could not be happier with the results of the flooring they put in our business. They were receptive to any calls and questions, working around our busy business schedule, even installing during closed hours so we would not lose any business. The installer did a very professional job and was equally receptive to questions and tweaks in the plan as they arose. I would highly recommend HQ and plan to use them again!

Very poor workmanship and the customer service is horrible. Worse tile job I have ever seen.
