Discount Tire

i visited the discount tire shop on 230 Douglas St Oswego, IL 60543 today after making an appointmet.. when i got there i requested to have a set of 4 tires installed ,they told me to come back 30 mins later to pick up the car.. but they called me 20 mins later telling me that they were unable to install the tires un less i bought new rims from them.. they tried to make me think that my wheel's lug seats were damaged little they knew that it was a mecanic they were trying to scam the manager was acting "smart" and durig my whole 2 hours there he tried to sell me new rims i told him to release my car if they werent going to install the tires on my car and he refused telling me that it was unsafe to drive my car "like that" the rims are recently polished and they shine like mirrors and this guy had the guts to tell me that because of the oxide stains on my rims lug seats my car was unsafe to drive i told him that i knew there was nothing wrong with the wheels and i was not goin to get new wheels from them.. after i told him this he knew i was firm with my decision and tried to make me loose my temper teling me that the only way that car was goig out of that bay was towed i noticed he was thinking on call a tow truck so i did that my self...and stopped his abuse like this. then he asked me how much i was going to be charged for getting the car towed away i told him not to worry about it. and this piece of work had the guts to tell me that with that money i could have get the new wheels how about that...?! 35 mins later when the tow truck showed up my car was still with the wheels off, it took them another 15 mins and 3 more requests to have my wheels mounted back, when i was watching my friend setting up my car to be towed , i noticed that a car next to mine had brand new wheels installed, and a poor fast food resturant worker judging by her uniform ,was getting her car back she was making a phone call with a sad face...and i thought no body getting new wheels have that sad look on their faces...unless they were unable to defend them selfs against this vultures.. chanting the same story to them..thank god i know about cars and have friends ,so nobody will take advantage of me on this field, who knows how many people get scammed like this everyday very unethical ways of operate a bussiness my advise.. go somewhere else a place with more honesty.
