VR Pediatrics

I've always loved the Dr and Nurses. The rest of the office staff however, is embarrassingly incompetent. We called with questions for the nurse/dr. and had no response all day long, and then called back to have the girls say, "oh, that person who took your call left for the day"...Their staff is lazy, and always seems to have dead end answers, instead of trying to be helpful. I actually called one day because my baby had diarrhea, and the front desk girl tried to tell me that they had nothing on the schedule for days, and to give my baby pedialite and diaper ointment for her rash. Since when is it ok for front desk give medical advice?! they've called my daughters Rx into FIVE different pharmacies, yet we have had the same pharmacy since she was born. The office is also filthy. Walls have dirt and boogers on them, floors are gross, trim is falling off the walls, they clearly are not cleaning the place like they should.
