Took my wedding dress to her for alterations because she was recommended. I ended up having to go for like 7 fittings which was ridiculous, I might as well have drove back to Orlando where I got the dress, I'm average size by the way. Around the 6th fitting I took the dress home and found that it was ripped in two places, there was ivory lace hiding one of the tears and my dress is white, the zipper looked like garbage, I even found a small stain on the dress. I took this dress to her brand new and she treated it like crap, she even tried to deny everything. I'm not sure she was the one who even worked on it as bad as it was. The dress also has a smell that I can't get out. It's to late to replace at this point so everything had to be fixed, I even took it to someone else after the fact to reinforce the bustle and the sash. Out of all the wedding planning this has been my worst experience and it should have been the best. I will never recommend her to anyone else ever again.

Jenny is prompt, courteous, and very professional. I needed some work done quickly for an upcoming event and she took care of me. I have told all of my friends, family, and business network her. Call Designs By Jenny as she is family orriented, honest, and dependable. I only trust her to handle my clothes!
