I am VERY happy with our vehicles.. We will definitely recommend World Auto to our friends. We came from out of town, spoke to Edna who made it very easy for us to know what documents were needed and answered all of our questions. When we arrived Kovac helped us, He has the BEST customer service. He helped us and stayed with us the entire process making sure we were doing okay and doing his best to get us the best deal. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. And still he followed up with us after, to make sure we were happy with our vehicles and make sure we didn't have any additional questions. If I ever need a vehicle again or if anyone needs to purchase an vehicle Kovac is the BEST hands down. Thank you for everything.

World Auto Orlando is amazing the people are friendly and they make sure you're getting taken care of. The gentlemen who helped us through our whole experience was Marcos he was nice and very informative. He made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our process of buying a car went smooth and didn't leave until we left and that was way pasted closing time. I was filling out the Finance Application at 3:15 A.M. to get preapproved before driving up there from Cocoa ,Fl. Was having issues with amount being financed was not sure? But when I hit the Chat Button I was really surprised when they answered back weeee hours of the morning. I will Diffentlyy be going there just because of the service I have received from Chat.

They took care of me completely here. The day I purchased my vehicle, the tire or caliber starting making a funny noise so I voiced my concern and Ali sent me to his mechanic to have it looked at ASAP. The problem was resolved in less than a day and was paid for and taken care of by World Auto. In fact, they said that if the noise ever happens again, to come right back to the mechanic and they’ll take care of it. I’m in love with my Jetta and am pleased with the customer service from Gio and Tim who handled my business. They found me a great interest rate, and were so flexible in helping me get approved. They recently moved to a new lot which is super nice and has lots of space. I don’t know if new management has anything to do with this refreshing change but I hope they continue to take care of people and stick to good intentions and great customer service.

One thing I want to say is that my process at World Auto Inc. was so smooth, my sales rep Marcos was nothing but the best. I know I failed him because I was supposted to go in two weeks ago, but he understood and accommodated me and had nothing but patience. Working with World Auto Inc. they were informative, helpful and understood my financial situation wasn't the best but did all they could for and I have to thank Marcos for walking with me every step of the way. Such a smooth process and never pressured me in anything. Yes they were very realistic because I wanted that luxury car but they assured me that I would be getting exactly what I wanted that upgraded mom car with the extra space. I not only recommend WorldAutoInc but Marcos the sales rep to alllllllllll customers for being friendly attentive and patient with me.

When I walked in I was immediately addressed by the staff and assisted which made me feel like a priority. I showed up just to browse for any newer used vehicle that I could get at a really decent price and was able to leave with $1,000 down on a 2017 Corolla. With their service and care I'm definitely coming back here for my next car.
