The Glenn Apartments

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! I have lived at four different places while I was a student at UCF and out of those places (yes, including Boardwalk) this had the worst management. They made errors on my account and said I owed rent even after they cashed my rent check!!! They also left their community grill broken for the last five months that I lived there and never bothered to fix it. Worst of all, before I moved in they put me in an apartment with stains all over the carpet and promised to fix it. Once I signed the lease their true colors came out and they never fixed it even after my complaints. Now that I just moved out, they charged me $170 for the stained carpet which they blame me for!!! It is a false charge that I am disputing among many. What a scam!!! Also, the reason I moved out besides the horrible management is because they raised my rent way above what they have to offer as an apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
