Canceled the bus. Did not tell me. Left stranded.

What? Not enough riders for this bus, so you canceled it?

Seats are super comfortable, drivers are informative and friendly, and it was a very smooth ride. The customer service person in Orlando was very helpful when I asked about my shuttle to my hotel. I definitely recommend this company over Megabus and Greyhound.

The ride is determined by the quality and condition of the bus. Sometimes the wifi isn't working; sometimes the reading lights aren't working; sometimes the bathrooms aren't clean. Generally at the McCoy station, the bathrooms are nasty, but sometimes not. Pleasant drivers mostly!

This is the worst form of transportation I have ever had the displeasure to ride on. Their buses are filthy. I can only imagine they are not safely maintained if that is how they allow the insides. The bus drivers are unprofessional and discourteous and the customer service, which is obviously not located in the US is useless. If at all possible avoid this bus line and take any other form of transportation you can."

Absolutely terrible customer service!!

pick up stop was moved unbeknownst to me because my ticket had a different location listed! Was stranded alone on Christmas Eve unable to be with my family like I had intended. They turned their phones off so I had no way to get ahold of anyone to remedy the situation. I was promised a refund that never came and every time I called I was hung up on, treated RUDELY by staff, or put on infinite hold. NEVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Horrible customer service. Accident caused emergency cancellation of trip. Was promised refund in 7-10 days. A month later told by end of week. RUDE employees. Alleged supervisor says she has no manager and I was given misinformation by representatives about refunds. NEVER use these scammers.

I took red coach from tally fsu to miami the other week its a great bus service. The bus is so nice inside it has big comfy seats that recline all the way back , outlets , t.v.s and alittle table that comes out from the seat infront of you so you can put your lab top on or your sandwich or watever. its also rally dark inside so its perfect for sleeping but if you wanna ride you also have your own personal reading late just above your head . I like it !! i recommend red coach over any other bus company !

This is my second time riding Red Coach i am definitively satisfied with the service,and will definetely continue using it. a few concerns of mine is Red coach haven't updated a couple of the websites with company addresses, for example in Orlando it still appears at jetport when its relocated in McCoy road. that would be something important to update

I loved the parking service. I would reccommened this service to anyone who is parking in the airport for a cheap rates

I just came back from a trip with RedCoach and I am so pleased with their buses and service that I've been telling everyone. They email me when they have great deals and I definitely take advantage of that. They are the best value for what you get. I am very very happy I found them online!!

We have used the Red Coach for my mother in law and also my son has taken it form Gainesville to Atlanta. We have had excellent service and it takes no longer than a plane ride when you consider the drive to the airport etc... Our son says it is the best way to travel! I would highly recommend trying the Red Coach.

I travelled from miami to orlando and was thrilled about the seats of this bus, they are awesome!!! and also left my car at the miami terminal for free!!! cant get any better than that.!!!

I love REDCOACH! It offers the best travel experience I have ever tried. I will recommend this company to everybody thats planning a trip! believe me, you won't regret it! It is ideal for students, bussiness people and families, because it offers a very comfortable and secure trip, I love that I can go visit my family more often because of their amazing prices and variety of schedules, and finish my school work while I travel.

everyone must try this company, it was one hell of a ride... the service was on schedule, the wide leather seats are incredible, the free WIFI combined with the power outlets are the most important tool we can use while travelling this sort of distances... to make a long story short, if you do not try this service, you will be missing out in the best experience of your life!!
