        Stephen Rock is AWESOME!! I have dealt with Stephen on few occasions. His professionalism, getting problems taking care of and the follow up, won me over. He is always very helpful and responsive to my needs as a tenant. Real Property Management South Orlando, I will recommend to anyone.

        I original wrote a review about this company not realizing that they have no authority over the owner of the house we rent on Mirror Lake Dr in Orlando. I give this company 5 stares because they really did try to help and out of there own pocket, bought a portable AC unit to help cool the the place. I feel bad that they got stuck with a homeowner who is the "Poster Child for Slumlords" and hope that they take a second look at the contract they have with the owner when it comes time to sign again. I would renew our lease with RPM just not in the same house but fortunately my family will be buying a house and we don't have to worry.

        This is an awesome management company!!! If you have problem tenants you want these folks on the problem! They are responsive, professional and deal with the issues related to complex matters. They have a legal team behind them so they are not "winging" it when problems arise. Steve Rock is the guy you want. He is a one man SWAT team of resolution. He will ensure that your tenants are satisfied but at the same time he will not let you as the landlord be taken advantage of.
