The worst service call them and while you wait you can finish having your lunch and dinner . They have no concern regarding customers do not call them it is a waste of time.

I had a really bad experience dealing with these people. They will do whatever to avoid taking responsibility and owning up to their mistake like every other business would do. I bought some parts from them based on the delivery time they promised which didn't happen and I was ok with that. Then, when they delivered the part late, it was the wrong part and I had to start the process all over . I was without a vehicle for 21 days. The part I paid for was what they call A grade. The one they delivered is far way from being an A or even B grade. The sales person promised me a credit to make for all that. I haven't seen any credit from them yet. I spoke to a manager but her excuse is that I am buying used parts and mistakes do happen and when a mistake happen we don't apologize,

We don't try to compensate for our mistakes. It s tough luck. I would not recommend them based on my horrible experience with them.

Tonya LKQ Michaels Auto was great! Speedy service with a smile you can hear in his voice. I needed a new rim for my Mazda3 & he had the rim ready to go when I needed. I live in Volusia county but will not go ANYWHERE else. Thx again for getting me back on the road!
