- East West Pest Control was founded in 1995 by Dave Zack and Ray Almodovar. Our goal was to provide superior pest control services at a price that competitors would not be able to match. With low overhead and a commitment to provide excellent customer service, our business has grown tremendously. In order to provide the level of customer service that is expected, we have meticulously handpicked a staff that consists of highly trained and skilled individuals. Our founders, Dave Zack and Ray Almodovar, are easily accessible to assist you with your pest control service needs. Many of our customers are from word-of-mouth referrals. We maintain a level of excellence that directly reflects on our high renewal percentages and satisfied customers from all over central Florida.

We have been using East West Pest Control for several years now, and we have absolutely no reason to try anyone else. Face it, Florida is full of bugs, and they do get into our homes. I love the fact that I pay an annual fee and call them as many times as I need to. Our service tech is Steve, and he really knows his stuff. Any problem we've had, he's put his heart into it and solved it. He doesn't rush in and rush out. He talks to us and gets as many details as we can give him, then he makes a battle plan, communicates it to us, and then does it. With some tougher situations, it has taken a few tries, but Steve doesn't give up; he sticks with it until the job is done. We can on him, and he solves the problems.
We have enjoyed the services of East West Pest Control at several of our properties and our own residence for over a ten years. I have referred them to friends and family continually over these years and have only ever heard positive feedback. They are professsional and very skilled. I would highly recomend them again!
I love the fact that they spray only once a year! I love these guys. Highly recommended!
