        Overall

        Under Florida Rules of Professional Conduct Section 4-7, this promotional advertisement is satisfactory but is missing some requirements. The advertisement does a very nice job of explaining all its services and specific areas of law they practice in. It even thoroughly explains the type of cases they specialize in, which is really helpful to readers in understanding if the firm can help them in their specific claim/case. The advertisement states the place of business as well as the methods in which one could pay (although does not give a specific number figure or retaining rates or fees). They provide a number to their firm, but not one attorney’s name or contact information is listed. The advertisement is not misleading however, and the firm does a great job promoting their services, without overwhelming a reader with too much information. The adverting poster is not misleading and gives a clear and simple understanding of what types of law and cases the firm practices in.
