Outstanding customer service! I brought my car back in to Classic Honda for an oil change and tire rotation on. The customer service I received from Maribel Franco was superb. She had my car serviced in the time quoted and explained all the services completed and recommendations for my next service. She was very knowledgeable, but not pushy at all about the recommended services. She even went out of her way to help me check my vehicle for the special lug nut key and when we weren't able to find one she went to the service department and tracked one down for me. I would have been out of luck if I had ever gotten a flat without that key. Glad Maribel made me aware of the importance of having that lug nut key. I definitely recommend Classic Honda for all you Honda maintenance needs, just ask for Maribel.
