The Citrus Bowl Stadium is a 65,000-seat sports stadium located in Orlando, Fla. The stadium primarily serves as the home for the University of Central Florida football team. It also hosts the Capital One Bowl and Champs Sports Bowl for college football. Opened in 1936, the Citrus Bowl has hosted a variety of events, including the soccer World Cup, music concerts and monster truck rallies. The Citrus Bowl was the site of filming of the 1998 movie "The Waterboy" and home of the fictional team Orlando Breakers of the 1989-97 television show "Coach." The Citrus Bowl Stadium is owned and operated by the city of Orlando.
