Best Quick Tax Returns is hands down one of the best offices I have ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you happy. The prices for their services are very reasonable. They have always gotten me the MAX on my refund! I've referred many people here over the years. I've had friends that had problems with the IRS and Best Quick Tax Returns resolved the issues when others just kept giving the run around or wanted to take advantage. We all know you cannot be impatient and expect things at a snap of a finger with the IRS. We are talking about the IRS, have you ever tried calling these people? It takes forever to get a hold of the IRS. Best Quick Tax Returns will call the IRS for you and try to get your issue resolved even if you come from another office.

Best Quick Tax Returns has an extra employee during tax season to call IRS when a check is delayed. As far as we know we are the only tax office that does this. We call after 21 days if the check has not come in. Sometimes clients came in with prior problems and when we call IRS will tell us to wait a certain amount of time before calling again. We follow up and resolve the problem at no charge for the client.

Honestly don't know why I paid them $100 for a check that hasn't come after 1 month and a half. And instead of doing anything now they want to wait until the end of the month to help me. Ridiculous! Will never return and will advice people to never return. It's not completely their fault which is why I give 2 stars but it's the fact I have to wait almost a full month on top of already waiting a month for them to help me. If this is an issue you deal with then don't tell customers it's guaranteed. Period! Best Quick Tax Returns, HAAA! More Like, Best Slower then Pregnancy Tax Return.

I DID MY TAXES AND THEY WERE GREAT. I GOT MY REFUND FAST AND THE CPA IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR I WAS TALKING WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN DOING THEIR TAXES FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO DO YOUR TAXES. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE.

I have been doing my taxes with Best Quick for 14 years. I always go with Don Pablo, very knowledgeable and a very kind person. I actually like going there every year. You maybe have to wait, but the wait is worthy. In the recent years, they added 3 or 4 more tax preparer that you can do your taxes with in no time. The price is very competitive, they are very organized and very careful with your personal data.

I HAVE BEEN DOING MY TAXES AT THIS OFFICE FOR 17 YEARS, I DO MY TAXES WITH PABLO THE CPA AND I CAN VOUCH FOR HIM, THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE REFUNDS ARE GREAT. PABLO IS IN HIGH DEMAND, BUT THE OFFICE ALWAYS HAS ADDITIONAL PREPARERS THAT ARE AVAILABLE WITH NO WAITING. I WHEN TO ANOTHER OFFICE ONE YEAR AND ENDED UP BEING AUDITED, BEST QUICK WAS NICE ENOUGH TO REPRESENT ME FOR FREE AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. NO WANDER THIS OFFICE IS ALWAYS FULL.

Horrible service. Even if you have an appointment, plan to spend over an hour here just waiting. Lobby is FULL of people. Why have appointments if you cant even come within an hour of the appointment time? These people over-book. Very unorganized. Paper everywhere, make shift desk with junk all over it. Not professional at all. Phones ringing off the hook...
