Access Residential Management

Our 150-member HOA for a gated community has relied on Access since turnover from the developer 5 1/2 years ago. They are attentive to the needs and resources of our HOA and its members. They treat members and Directors professionally and with respect. They keep great records, provide immense amounts of detailed information to the Directors, and communicate effectively. In my 24 years of leadership for HOAs in Orange County Florida, they have become the most reliable management company I have worked with.

The Access Residential Management team has always been there when I need. They have been managing the complex where I live for the past 2 years. They are very efficient at answering.

The ABSOLUTE worst. From the beginning to end. Lazy beyond measure with an insane lack of information for the properties they manage. I've had my car towed, broken into, and vandalized under their "care" with no compensation or, at the very least, a "sorry mr. Brown". Their parking regulations are RIDICULOUS. It's almost like a correctional facility the way they run the parking lot. If they handled tenants with just a quarter of the attention they do with parking passes/lot they might collectively receive 2 stars. As far as their dealings with the HOA, due to the lack of care for future tenants, it takes minimum 2 weeks to get a notice if your approval has been processed or not. I recommend evacuating or immediately declining an opportunity from anything under the "care" of access management. Run.

This company is poorly managed, unresponsive, error prone and quite sloppy. It would not be difficult to find a better alternative as Access Management, Inc. is the worst company in the business. I gave it a one star rating, because I can't give it a no star rating.
