The person that owns this store and another store on Colonial Dr. in Orlando, Fl. has very questionable book keeping practices. He , on a regular basis, shorts his employees on their paychecks. Hours are all of a sudden missing from the end total of hours worked. Anyone with over-time gets two separate checks so that he doesnt have to pay them time and a half over 40 hours. The employees want someone to investigate this but are afraid for their jobs. They want the Dept. of Labor- Hours and Wages involved.

Rude Clerk

About two weeks ago I stopped in at this location around 2 PM. There was a line of customers at the register and there were two people - one at each register. When I approached the register, the young girl behind the counter was busy counting something in her drawer. I asked if I could get a quick pick lottery ticket. She told me: Not now. We're counting down for shift change. I asked her how long it would be and she said she did not know. Very, very rude. I asked if the store manager was there and she said she was outside on her cellphone taking a smoking break. I walked out - never to return - and neither will my neighbors. The other man behind the other register - about in his 50's - was arguing about people not doing their work in the store and how he had to do all of the work. Right in front of customers. I hope this is not the way the other stores are operated. Very poor customer service. Also, the hot dogs on the grill looked like they had been there for several hours - all shriveled up. I was going to buy one, but changed my mind. There was something spilled on the floor in front of the soda machines and the floor was filthy.

UNBELIVEABLE SERVICE !!!!

first the store clerk looked as if he had no prior training, generally when you are in sales of the store your are employed by, you would know what merchandise you have and would take a few moments to HELP( when there is no line ) a PAYING customer to find what they need. This did not happen w/ the experience my mother and my self . My mother purchased the wrong phone card after she was told the boost phone card she originally had @ the check out counter was not the correct one. one of you off clerks and the clerk @ the register pointed her the another one which was not correct either in fact the first set of phone boost cards was the right ones . not only that the clerk charged my mother for lotto tickets ( my mother does not gamble ) once she got home attempted to install this boost card on her phone, it would not work, so later on she went back to the store to get a even exchange and have the clerk check the receipt of the" lotto " purchase the clerk informed her he could no such exchange or refund and declared she did buy a lotto ticket and proceeded to shew her off until the manger came in the next morning , once my mother returned w/ father the clerk accused her of exchanging theses phone cards once before, now that is a lie and a bit humiliating.the clerk was presented w/ the receipt and the 2 phone cards showing all purchased your store manager ed. ramahlho . he simply did not do his job by looking the last lotto number purchase nor did he cross reference the video cameras. I know this is no " brain surgery to cross reference receipts and view footage to return $10.00 and do a exchange My mother has recently diagnosed w/ a terminal illness and needs a phone and every penny she has. I am very displeased and got no help for you automated cooperate numbers first number 1-800 255-0711 you get a operator who can not even finish "please hold " before she give you another automated number 1-972-828-7011 before you get told no one can answer you call now please call later, please explain to me if you are such a multi million dollar bushiness's why cant you have a live person answer the phone and give customer service ?
