Superior Training

First things first I would like to thank the amazing staff at Superior Training. They thought me everything I need to know to get my CNA liscence. I enjoyed the class very much. I took this course in February. I did my three weeks in CNA class, did one week of home health, and I also took CPR. I took my state test in the beginning of March, and I got hired at Heartland by the end of March. Thanks to Ms. Diane for recommending that I apply there. Not to long ago I got a call from her asking if I had found a job yet. I felt bad for not calling and letting them know, after all they did help me find a job. I just want to say thank you again for everything.

Firstly, I want to say I really enjoyed this class. I'll be taking my state exam soon and am confident I will pass. Mrs. Kathy really does teach you everything you need to know and she has been nothing but helpful. I enjoyed her class. The only thing I didn't enjoy was some immature girls who cliqued up in the class against a fellow classmate for no reason. They were so rude and snobby I can't believe Mrs. Kathy didn't say anything. But...these girls happen to be the teacher pet as well, so Mrs. Kathy either didn't notice or didn't care.



I'm rating this 5 because it is superb training, but I think Mrs. Kathy should keep an eye out in the future for people who are rude in her class! It doesn't give a good environment for some people. I know Mrs. Kathy isn't here to babysit, but people need to be treated respectfully.

I recently took the CNA prep course at Superior Training Services and just passed my state board. The staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. Clay at the front desk was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions throughout. Mrs. Kathy is the CNA course instructor and she was fabulous. She taught everything you need to know to be a nursing assistant as well as be fully prepared for the boards, while also making the class fun! The price is also very reasonable, by far the best CNA training services offered in Jacksonville area!

Im glad I chose sts, it is an amazing experience! The staff is great and super supportive! They won't only teach you what you need to know to pass the state exam, but they will also teach you things that will help you out there in the real world. I reccomend this school over any, it might be more expensive but you pay for what you get, and you get everything you'll need from this school to be successful! Best of luck!

I have recently taken my CNA exam prep course at Superior Training Services and it was phenomenal. The instructor Mrs. Angie was the best teacher I have ever had is not just her teaching skills its how she does it. She will explain things to you over and over again if you need to be shown or told. She tells you her encounter w/ previous situations and how she over came them and how you can as well. This school is not just book work for starters there is NO HOME WORK!!!! and you DO HAVE HANDS ON TRAINING. I have heard of some schools that charge you about $250.00 but is all book work and you just show up on test day and that's it. You ACTUALLY PRACTICE PEOPLE on manikins and class mates. Its is a fun class as well its 3wks long and is $545.00 and definitely worth the money. They also offer CPR classes which I have just taken as well and was the most fun and educational experience I had w/ a room of about 12 strangers and passed w/ a 100% again super great and trust me you'll love it spread the word this place is amazing Mrs. Angie is wonderful. SO TRUST THEM TO TEACH YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR THE REAL WORLD AS A CNA.
