Mazda of Orange

I had my car serviced for s noise for the SECOND time. Mechanic was still unable to find the cause.... I find that highly unlikely. If they looked for two seconds or drove the car for a small incriment of time, they would be bombarded by the loud screech that I am stuck with AGAIN!! my car isn’t even a year old, I drive about 20 miles just to have my car serviced here for my lease... such a waste of time. So ridiculous!

On time. No surprises. Excellent 50,000 mile service.

Seriously, the best service ever. I get out of work late, they waited for me. They were kind and fast. Beat the APR rate for my bank loan and made everything so simple. Love them. I'll be back in 4 years to buy my next car. ;)

Since Sales person from Mazda of orange quoted me the lowest price (22509 plus tax and license) for Mazda Cx 5 around my house area, I went there as a first choice dealership to trade in. When I got there, I was being told the offer he gave me was for standard apr. If I want the quoted price with zero apr, I will lose 500 cash rebate, so he can give me with 23009. While I was negotiating to get both zero apr with 500 cash rebate, sales person told me that he will go and ask his manager if I can have both. Then, the manager came by and show me offer for car wash and etc. I was thinking I got their quoted price without cash rebate. When I got home and checked the selling price on the contract carefully, I was being charged for 23509. So I just want to warn people to look carefully on their contract. They will quote you one price and put you different price on the contract.

I bought my Mazda 3 from this dealership, and every service and maintenance has been performed here, would never take it anywhere else! Highly satisfied with their professionalism, courtesy and quality of work!

The customer service is outstanding. I had all my questions answered and when I got my car repaired it runs better then ever before. I trust this dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car fixed. Thank you for all your work.
