Francoli Gourmet is a gourmet, family-owned restaurant that specializes in Northern Italian cuisine. The restaurant specializes in several Italian cold-cut meats, such as prosciutto crudo di Parma, breasola, speck from alto Adige region and imported cheese, including gorgonzola di Novara and parmigiano reggiano. Francoli Gourmet also offers a selection of wines, Italian liquors and vodkas. The restaurant s appetizer menu consists of dishes, such as formaggi misti, Carpaccio di bue, antipasto misto and crostini di Roma. Its main dishes include cioppino alla livornese, tagliata alla piemontese and entrees. Francoli Gourmet operates a gift store that offers Italian hand-painted ceramics, glassware from Murano, gourmet specialties and gift baskets.
