I took my daughter to get a hair cut (I have taken her here before) her bangs have been so long she can't see if her hair is down and she gets tired of wearing it up everyday. So, I took her to get just her bangs cut. So, when we walked in, I'm guessing she was the owner, asked me what I needed today and I told her my daughter needed her bangs trimmed. She had a bad attitude from the get-go which should have been a red flag for me. My daughter is a year and a half old, who doesn't sit still well. She asked if she would sit or I would need to hold her, I tried to get my daughter to sit but she wasn't having any part of that. So, the lady acted as if she was agitated because she had to bring the booster seat back. So, we sit and she asks me what I want done and I clearly told her I wanted her bangs cut. She told me that it wasn't a good idea to cut them straight across because when I pull it to the side it'll look choppy and I don't care if it looks choppy when pulled to the side because the way her hair falls, she can't see. So, she decides to tell me she's going to cut the underside of her bangs, I don't think I fully understood what she was doing until it was done. So once she finished and I saw what she did to my poor baby's hair, I refused to me her touch my child's hair again and we will never be back. Now my baby girl is stick with choppy hair and bangs that are all different lengths and my baby can barely see with her hair down still!!! Now she's stuck with this hair cut until we go to someone who actually knows what their doing!!!

My work was done by the owner. She spent all her time gossiping while dye was in my hair, personal things about other people no one should hear. The dye didn't take because of my box color which I asked her if it needed to be striped first, she said no. She cut my hair and styled it. The cut was ok and I was just ready to get out of there. When I got home, I realized there was dye all over the back of my shirt and all around my ears, back of my neck, and sides of face where my hair was styled. It's also very unprofessional to use "extremely old bleach but you have to because that's all you have left" of course the lady didn't know that because she inquired from a call.
