Caribbean Party Zone

My child had a party booked there today and needless to say I paid the deposit and it wasnt on his books. The building was underdgoing renovations and he claims he accomodated me to have my partty after he stated he did not get my deposit which I paid for and confirmed the date three times with an associate three weeks ago however rather than blame himself and be professional he was only worried about getting the rest of his money. The fathers at my party, my husband and my father in law moved around his games tvs etc to clear the building so I could have my booked party. He did not accomodate me nor did he offer to give me a discount of ANY KIND. Last time this sorry business owner takes my money!!! His construction worker and employee took care of me more than his sorry self. He was quick to pass blame on me when I had a confirmation reciept of payment. Never again!!

ZERO STARS before we even went there!!!! We were looking forward to enjoying my daughters 3rd Bday party here and also looking to save money by using a 50% off coupon from the Entertainment Book (the coupon had the address and phone # so it wasn't just a generic thing). My mother-in-law called, immediatley with the mention of the coupon the owner was very rude and said she was lying. I said, " tell him I'll go show it to him tomorrow". So the following day I went to their "office" which was in a vitiman shop in Carencro. Showed the girl, asked if they honored that (she said yes), booked the party and paid in full. At almost 10pm I received a call... The man said he wouldn't honor the coupon. I asked if he could return my money. He called back to inform me I would have to go in... I asked when he was available and he replied, "YOU KNOW WHAT I WON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE IF YOU COME IN I MAY KICK YOUR ***". I contacted the bank stopped payment and called the Skate Place the next day...
