CrossRoads Hand Car Wash

Have been coming here for years. I came in for an express interior detail and ended up with a scratch on my fender. I was cool about called them and they told me to come in to speak to the manager so I figured they would do the right thing. When i showed up the manager denied everything and said he wasn’t going to do anything he was more worried about his burrito than helping me out.

I will now take my business somewhere else and I suggest everyone else do the same. Look up their yelp many customers have had similar experiences with them.

My wife took her car there for a wash the other day and while it was waiting to be dried, a metal sign fell down because it was not properly secured and severely scratched her driver door, hood, and front-left quarter panel. Although the employees stated that it was their fault because they had not properly secured the sign, they told her she would have to wait several days for a manager to call her and would not even refund her car wash.

After I called several times to speak to a manager, the owner finally called me back after two days. The owner did not seem overly interested in this incident and only gave me his policy number to their insurance so that I could call them and make all of the arrangements.

You would think that a company that damaged your car would at least offer to refund the cost of the car wash that day due to the hassle we now have to go through to take a day off from work to drop the car off at a body shop where it will stay for a week or so to be repaired.

This car wash does a great job. Brought my car in today and was super happy with the job they did. I have a black car and it looked so shiny. They do a great job on detailing. My car looked like new!

Great car wash. I get my car detailed and washed here often and everytime they do a good job. The workers are friendly and I like how they are fast. The are also next to the mall which is great.

I love this car wash. This is a great car wash. I take my lexus here all the time to get it washed. I have yet to be disappointed. The attendant in the red shirt at the front of the car wash is very helpful on knowing what services I should get for my car. Great price and great service.

Great place to get your car auto detailed at. I have gotten my car waxed 4 times at this car wash now. They get it right eveytime!. I would recommend this car wash to anyone who is in the Ontario area looking for a great car wash. I live in Alta Loma and I come all the way down here to get my car washed and detailed.

This is a great car wash. I went here today and I must say I was impressed by their customer service and their work. I also loved how the have an indoor and outdoor seating area. I have been to two other car washes in the area and they do not do as well as this car wash. When I used to go to the other car washes, there wash always so dirt or grime left on my car. And here, my car look extremely clean.I also like how they are right next to Starbucks. I am going to start going to this car wash from now on.

This is a great car wash. I went here today and purchased a platinum package car wash and thought that Crossroads Hand Car Wash did a great job. My car looked like new and the interior wash clean and smelled good. The staff was pretty nice too! If your car is in need come to this car wash.

I went to CrossRoads Hand Car Wash and I was pleasantly suprised. I have been to two other car washes in the area and did not have good experiences at either of them. I needed a car wash and did not have time to wash it myself so I took it here. They do a GREAT JOB. I bought the silver package and I thought that they were fast and the quality of work was great. I will definitely keep coming back!

This is a great hand car wash. I am just bought a new Benz and I am very cautious as to where I take my car to get washed and detailed. I have driven passed here a few times , but never a customer. I decided to check this place out since it is always packed. I am glad I did!! They do a great job and the staff is nice. Their prices are pretty reasonable too!

For the longest I am the one who washes my car because I am very weary about taking it to car washes. But lately I haven't had time to wash my car and I have been taking it to Crossroads Hand Car Wash. I have taken it there 3 times and every time they do a great job. I am glad I have found a car wash that I really like!
