Marcum Lumber

Nathan Marcum came to us two years ago, hat in hand, to ask to use our private road to haul trees from a neighbor's property that he was logging. He promised us that he would leave our road in better condition than he found it and even installed a culvert. When he finished logging, Nathan dug out the culvert, leaving a two foot deep hole making our road impassable now. Nathan refuses to fix the damage he has caused. Nathan is at best untruthful and his business practices are shady. His word is worthless.
