Sundbergs has been a great company for many years. They have a wide variety of parts and know when I need something and have requested a part that won't work. I have not used their service but would if opportunity arises due to their excellent parts dept and ground level contact employees.

Not impressed with this company! I ordered a part and was told it would be ready on Friday. On Friday they told me it would be Monday. On Monday they said it would be another two days. When I asked why the delay, they told me it was at their warehouse across town. i asked if I could go pick it up myself so I didn;'t have to wait, and the guy got a huge attitude with me. Not a pleasant experience. The warehouse, however, on 146th and Industrial was a completely different story. Much better customer service! Too bad the store on Grover tainted their name for me : (.
