        Outstanding Customer Service and Work !!!!

        Outstanding service !!! Took our 2004 Honda Pilot there after being rear-ended for a relatively minor bumper repair. First, they were on the list of recommended shops with our insurance company and would do direct bnilling (big time / money saving benefit there). Second, they took care of all the rental car arrangements for us, we just showed up with the Pilot on repair day and the rental was waiting. Return was just as easy and convenient ! Third, we has noticed a strange rattle / thump that would occur from time to time, started even before the accident. Searl found a rock trapped up in the suspension springs that would shift at times (turns, stops,...). Fourth, weather stripping on back gate window was starting to come off, Searl without charge and asking noticed it and repaired it with no charge to us or the insurance company. They only charged for the bumper replacement / repair workm at that was conmpletely covered by insurance.Customer care and service like this is hard to come
